WHERE WE'RE LOCATED

Located at 149 Gunter Hollow Road in Fayetteville, Tennessee, within the lush green and gently rolling hills, you can find our charming cabin, grand lodge, and extensive, gorgeous grounds situated on 27 acres of open and wooded land. This stunning property, on the outskirts of quaint Fayetteville, is just thirty minutes to an hour drive from Huntsville, Nashville, Lynchburg, Tim's Ford State Park, Jack Daniels Distillery, and other distilleries along the Whiskey Trail in middle Tennessee.

Discover the elegance of our expansive 9,000 sq.ft. Grand Lodge, featuring 3,300 sq.ft. of versatile event space ideal for a wide range of gatherings and celebrations. Equipped with a fully functional commercial kitchen, public restrooms, a stunning bridal suite, and a cozy lounge with inviting social seating, a gas fireplace, and a brass-topped bar, we have everything you need for your special occasion. 

Our beautifully landscaped outdoor areas provide the perfect backdrop for wedding ceremonies, speaking events, or breakout sessions, along with picturesque spots for unforgettable photos and gatherings. We also offer luxurious accommodations for up to 45 guests across 11 deluxe rooms, including eight exquisite lodge rooms and a spacious three-bedroom cabin.

GRAND LODGE OVERVIEW

Welcome to Evergreen Gunter Hollow, where we are pleased to present our stunning 9,000 sq.ft. Grand Lodge. This versatile space features 3,300 sq.ft. dedicated to event hosting, making it the perfect venue for a wide array of gatherings and celebrations. 

EVENT SPACES WITHIN THE GRAND LODGE

The expansive Grand Lodge boasts 3,300 square feet of versatile event space, enhanced by elegant chandeliers, a stunning faux fireplace, and beautiful hardwood floors. The abundance of windows allows for plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. With complimentary tables and fruitwood chairs, the venue comfortably accommodates up to 180 guests inside.

Step outside to discover a large covered back deck, featuring barrel tables and additional seating, perfect for mingling and enjoying the outdoors. 

Inside, an additional inviting lounge area awaits, complete with several cozy seating arrangements, a gas fireplace, smart TV, and vintage brass-top bar, ideal for socializing.

Our venue is fully equipped with a commercial kitchen to meet all your culinary needs, ensuring seamless catering for your event. 

Additional amenities include public restrooms and a stunning bridal suite, complete with ample mirrors and seating for preparations, as well as a luxurious bathroom featuring a jetted spa tub and walk-in shower.  Upstairs is a groom's getting ready room with a TV and mini-fridge, and a spacious full bathroom.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Just steps away from the lodge and cabin, you can explore our beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces, ideal for wedding ceremonies, speaking events, breakout sessions, or simply gathering to enjoy God's abundant nature. 

A giant firepit that seats 24, round-the-tree benches, four naturally gorgeous and equally unique ceremony areas, a large gazebo, nature trail, and other special wooden features sprinkled around the open areas - these picturesque features provide  perfect natural options for gatherings and beautiful backdrops for photos, ensuring your event is as unique and memorable as it is beautiful.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

For your convenience, we offer comfortable and luxurious accommodations for up to 45 guests within our 11 deluxe rooms on the property. Choose from eight deluxe lodge rooms, a spacious three-bedroom cabin, or reserve it all, allowing you to celebrate, plan, and enjoy your event, then retreat to restful slumber just a floor away in the Grand Lodge and across the hilltop lawn in the Cabin.
