14 hours access to Evergreen Lodge (3,300 sq. ft. lodge floor, additional lounge, commercial kitchen, bridal suite and full bathroom on main floor, and additional getting ready suite for the groom and bathroom upstairs), outdoor ceremony/reception areas, and all outside property. 5-hour timespan provided on the day-before (between 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.) for additional decorating and ceremony rehearsal. Additional time to gather personal belongings and wrap-up on morning-after. Tables and chairs, all furnishings present come with this package and are arranged by venue staff. Venue use is provided for your engagement portrait session along with your wedding booking.

Entire property exclusive access,* including use of property until 11 p.m. to celebrate on your event day, wedding day overnight stay within our 11 guest rooms boasting 25 beds, and accommodating up to 45 guests! Stay in all eight deluxe lodge rooms for bridal party and/or up to 35 of your special guests, and overnight stay at Evergreen Cabin for bridal party and/or up to 10 of your special guests. Our lodge and cabin feature 11 sleeping rooms and 10 bathrooms. Enjoy your event with 14 hours access on the day-of, plus overnight stay directly following your celebration, and enjoy a leisurely check out time of 12 p.m. the following day.

* Entire property exclusive access means you have the entire 27 acre property to yourselves for two days: 2750 sq. ft. cabin with a cook's kitchen, three bedrooms/ three bathrooms (7 beds), entire 9000 sq. ft. lodge with eight bedrooms/seven bathrooms (18 beds), access to both the commercial kitchen and Grand Lodge floor in the lodge, additional lounge, and two complimentary laundry rooms on the property, as well as access to all of the wonderful outdoor gathering spaces. Entire property exclusive access* for a whole weekend, including entire weekend stay within our 11 guest rooms boasting 25 beds: Evergreen Cabin for 10 guests, and all-weekend stay in all eight of our Deluxe Lodge Rooms for bridal party, special family guests, out-of-town guests - lodge rooms accommodate 35 guests (sleeping accommodations for up to 45 guests within  our 11 rooms and all of  our comfortable lodgings!). You may check in at 12 p.m. on Friday, hold your rehearsal dinner at Evergreen Lodge on Friday night (significant savings of $600+ included with this benefit!), prepare for and enjoy your wedding and/or reception on Saturday (celebration must conclude by 11 p.m.), stay, and enjoy the entire property and time together hosting your out-of-town or special guests for the additional night! These packages* are just right for a micro or elopement wedding with need of only the event spaces and restrooms within the lodge, and outside ceremony areas.

Micro-Wedding at Evergreen

Micro-sized, but still Evergreen. Access to outdoor ceremony areas and indoor lodge for reception - 4 hours total event time. That gives a whole hour for ceremony and photos, and 3 hours for your reception! Event must conclude by 7 p.m. Extended access beginning at 8 a.m. on the day-of for decorating and getting ready. Use of commercial kitchen for food storage. Up to 50 total people.

Elopement at Evergreen

This package is just right for your lovely and ethereal outdoor ceremony for up to 50 guests. Access to all outdoor ceremony areas with hand-hewn pews, hand-hewn farm benches, or fruitwood or white garden chairs, choice of backdrop, outdoor property access for a total of 3 hours venue use for photos and ceremony. Includes lodge for restroom use only. Bridal Suite and Groom's Room  may be added to this package for additional fees.
