It depends on the type of event you are hosting. For a full, seated event, the Grand Lodge can accommodate up to 180 strictly within the 3300 sq. ft. Lodge and adjoining lounge. If you are interested in an indoor-outdoor flow for your event, our covered back deck adds seating for 50 more to take the number up to 230. Additionally, we can add beautiful event tents and more tables and seating on the front hilltop lawn (so up to 280+). If your event is a seated one, but without tables, our lodge can comfortably seat 250 (think theatrical production, speaking event, or seated concert). If your event is a full-on rock concert or dance party, and everyone will be standing and dancing along, the lodge can hold upwards of 300 guests.

On our 27 acre property, we have two buildings that together accommodate up to 45 guests for overnight stays. Evergreen Gunter Hollow Cabin sleeps up to 10 within 3 bedrooms, featuring 7 beds and an additional futon (one king, one queen, one full, and four twins). Evergreen Gunter Hollow Lodge sleeps 35 within 8 deluxe lodge rooms, featuring 18 beds (one king, ten queens, four twins, and three twin XL over queen bunk beds). The versatility of these spaces was planned with diverse overnight needs in mind. We have four gorgeous outdoor ceremony options and one indoor option. 

The Canopy is a verdant forest dream where you're covered by tall forest trees and surrounded by dappled sunlight - it's like getting a big hug from nature. 30 hand-hewn native cedar pews seat up to 150 guests. It is the perfect site for ceremonies big or small! 

The Meadow is an open meadow surrounded by woods, the meadow, and a pasture view. 32 hand-hewn farm-style benches seat up to 200 guests. It is a beautiful site for larger weddings.

The Hilltop is a hilltop view of a beautiful rounded hill sprinkled with trees in the foreground, from our hilltop. This ceremony option seats up to 100 using our white garden chairs and up to 50 using our fruitwood chairs.

The Gazebo is a hillside option and easy to decorate for your "I Do's".  This ceremony option seats up to 100 using our white garden chairs and up to 50 using our fruitwood chairs. 

Two Trees is a beautiful spot on the side of the meadow where the view is of the large meadow and surrounding forests and your backdrop is between two beautiful trees. This ceremony area seats up to 100 using our white garden chairs and up to 50 using our fruitwood chairs.

For an indoor ceremony due to preference or as an inclement weather plan, our gorgeous lodge has a grand staircase for your entrance and a lovely, decorated fireplace for the backdrop of your vows. This inside option seats up to 180 guests using our fruitwood chairs. 

Participants in the Evergreen Gunter Hollow Charity Walk can fundraise individually or as part of a team. Fundraising is easy and can be done online, with tools and resources provided by the event organizers. Prizes and incentives are available for top fundraisers.

In addition to the walk, the Evergreen Gunter Hollow Charity Walk also includes live music, food trucks, and other activities for participants and their families. The event is a great opportunity to have fun, get exercise, and support local charities.
