Indoor Ceremony in Evergreen Lodge:
Your choice of dark fruitwood garden chairs or white garden chairs within the 9000 sq. ft. lodge. Indoor seating capacity of 180. Indoor/Outdoor capacity of up to 250. Covered back deck adds accommodation for 24 more seated guests above the 180 fully inside the lodge. Cocktail hour or social hour (30 minutes or longer) required for transition of ceremony set-up to reception set-up with pre-set tables and chairs if you desire both ceremony and reception in Evergreen Lodge. Gorgeous fireplace backdrop for vows, lovely white staircase for grand entrance. Space for 180 guests traditionally seated for ceremony.

Beautiful customized layered buttercream wedding cakes, your choice of cake flavors and icing, plus a groom's cake, includes a tasting!
Mini desserts can be substituted for the bridal/groom’s cake. Cake cutting included.
Fondant, Ombre, Intricate details, embellishments may be an upcharge.
Floral Design (additional cost):
Work with one of our floral designers. There is a $600 floral allowance in this package. For example, this is what to expect with the allowance: A bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, 3 bridesmaid bouquets, 3 groomsmen boutonnieres, 2 mother corsages, and 2 father boutonnieres. This example is based on standard wedding flowers. All other desired florals will be done by our in-house designer. Peonies, hydrangeas, proteas, etc. could result in an additional fee.
Bartending Service (additional cost)
Bartending service for reception up to 5 hours of active service. We offer four amazing, licensed bartenders at a very reasonable hourly rate. Client provides glassware and napkins or may rent glassware from us.
