Five Outdoor Ceremony Sites:

The Canopy: Shaded side forest open oasis area surrounded by trees and a fairytale forest view, 20 8-ft. hand-hewn, native rustic cedar pews, seating 100 guests. May add fruitwood chairs or white garden chairs to accommodate 50 additional guests. 

The Hilltop: Hilltop lawn with panoramic views of property (open and wooded) and nearby hilltops. Fruitwood chairs for up to 100 guests. If over 100 guests, white garden chairs accommodate up to 150 guests. 

The Meadow: Lower meadow, expansive, open, yet enveloping meadow with surrounding forest views, behind Evergreen cabin, 32 10-ft. hand-hewn wooden farm benches accommodate up to 192 guests. 

The Gazebo: Near hilltop, wonderful amphitheater-style seating, easily decorated gazebo for your vows, open and wooded views, Fruitwood chairs for up to 100 guests. If over 100 guests, white garden chairs accommodate up to 150 guests.

Between Two Trees: Upper meadow, provides gorgeous natural backdrop of two beautiful trees between which to say your vows, behind Evergreen cabin, lower meadow and wooded views. Fruitwood or white garden chairs for up to 100 guests.

Indoor Ceremony in Evergreen Lodge:

Your choice of dark fruitwood garden chairs or white garden chairs within the 9000 sq. ft. lodge. Indoor seating capacity of 180. Indoor/Outdoor capacity of up to 250. Covered back deck adds accommodation for 24 more seated guests above the 180 fully inside the lodge. Cocktail hour or social hour (30 minutes or longer) required for transition of ceremony set-up to reception set-up with pre-set tables and chairs if you desire both ceremony and reception in Evergreen Lodge (additional transition fee if desiring to use lodge for both ceremony and reception). Gorgeous fireplace backdrop for vows, lovely white staircase for grand entrance. Space for 180 guests traditionally seated for ceremony.

Evergreen Grand Lodge: 3,300 sq. ft. Cedar hi-peak event floor within the 9000 sq. ft. lodge for up to 200 guests.  20-foot cathedral ceiling complete with tasteful chandeliers, festive string lights on long wooden side deck, and fairytale soiree lighted white drapery along beams above.  

Wooden doors that can be closed for cooler nights or opened for a refreshing breeze, and fans for additional air flow.

Evergreen Lounge: smaller back room for mingling and drink service, with wall-mounted 48” smart OLED TV, four social seating areas along the perimeter, gas fireplace, cocktail table, sink, refrigerators, and microwave, elegant brass and jeweled ceiling light, and an antique brass-top wooden bar for serving non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages: hot chocolate bar, coffee bar, soft drinks, wine, beer, champagne service. We provide licensed bartenders/ servers, and facilitate this service for you. *Several options available if we provide this for your event.

22 - 48” round dining tables (seat 6 to 8) - chic, matte white powder coat finish, aluminum. Simple and elegant, can be used inside for all seating, or mix and match with our 12 - 60” 8-10 top tables, or as flow concept for outside reception area.

Bridal Suite: Fully decorated bridal suite with an antique vanity, mirrors and ottomans for the bridesmaids or guests comes with your wedding packages. This room is completed with a tufted velvet couch, jeweled crystal floor length mirror, crystal chandelier, and full bathroom with jetted tub/separate shower, down the hall from the main event floor. A beautiful space prepared for the wedding party to capture gorgeous getting ready photos and enjoy time together before you say, "I Do!"

Groom's Room: Upstairs room for the groom’s party to gather in for getting ready, with mini fridge for beverages, stools and mirrors for the groomsmen to perfect those bow ties, and a t.v. to watch a game.  Full bathroom with shower/tub combo and double vanity. 

Either the bride or the groom, or family, may also use the entire log cabin for getting ready for the special event at an extra cost, and this comes complimentary with certain multi-day stay packages.

 Rental Time: 

14-hours use of lodge, dressing rooms and grounds on the big day. 6 hours (between 2 p.m.and 8 p.m.) provided on the day before the event for decoration and rehearsal (additional fees apply if you desire to hold your rehearsal dinner in the lodge). 

Day of Event Coordinator and Wedding services (additional cost): 

Creates detailed timeline and floor plans. 

Contacts all included vendors and schedules the day of the timeline to ensure a stress-free wedding day. 

Final details of wedding day confirmed prior to wedding day. Present for the entire event (10 hours) to direct and execute the wedding/reception timeline.  

Full-service Decorator (additional cost) 

A decorator to take your reception and ceremony ideas and set up accordingly.  

DJ Service (additional cost):

Includes professional customized 5.0 hours of active playing time to include emcee and lighting. Includes ceremony site and reception site set up. 

Wedding and Groom's cake (additional cost): 

Beautiful customized layered buttercream wedding cakes, your choice of cake flavors and icing, plus a groom's cake, includes a tasting! 

Mini desserts can be substituted for the bridal/groom’s cake. Cake cutting included. 

Fondant, Ombre, Intricate details, embellishments may be an upcharge. 

Floral Design (additional cost): 

Work with one of our floral designers. There is a $600 floral allowance in this package. For example, this is what to expect with the allowance: A bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, 3 bridesmaid bouquets, 3 groomsmen boutonnieres, 2 mother corsages, and 2 father boutonnieres. This example is based on standard wedding flowers. All other desired florals will be done by our in-house designer. Peonies, hydrangeas, proteas, etc. could result in an additional fee.  

Bartending Service (additional cost) 

Bartending service for reception up to 5 hours of active service.  We offer four amazing, licensed bartenders at a very reasonable hourly rate. Client provides glassware and napkins or may rent glassware from us.
