We love our property, and we want you to feel at home. so come visit, relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. What's included at the Evergreen Gunter Hollow Cabin:

LIVING SPACE- Spacious 2,700+ sq ft log home with large living room, dining area, kitchen w/ breakfast bar, a cozy wood burning Franklin stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Smart Television to enjoy your movies and streaming capabilities and fiber wifi throughout cabin.

ROOMS & BEDROOMS- 3 bedrooms, 3 baths.

Main floor master bedroom has a Dream Cloud king bed, smart TV, deck access, large walk-in closet, bathroom with large, jetted tub and separate shower. Downstairs a second bedroom has a full bed, smart TV, bathroom with standup shower. Upstairs loft has a queen bed, 4 twin beds and a futon, and a third sky-lit bathroom and tub. So much space in the loft you could accommodate more children/adults in sleeping bags or blow-up mattresses - available upon request! You'll feel like you're sleeping on clouds on the Dream Cloud mattresses in the master king and queen loft.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen equipped with Frigidaire 5-element Front Control Electric Range with optional Convection Bake. French door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker with dual whole pot and single-serve capabilities, French press, hammered copper pots/pans, baking supplies, dishes, silverware, and more. The owner also provides baking essentials (oil, salt, pepper). Special items or themed gift baskets happily provided, upon request. A complimentary welcome presentation features coffee packs, coffee pods, creamers, bottled waters, coffee filters, hot chocolate and marshmallows for family fun night, as well as dish soap, dishwashing pods, and a dish sponge.   

GAME ROOM: Located in the basement garage (there will still be room for parking). It includes a dart board and convertible pool/ping pong table, a couple of chairs to lounge, and a giant connect-4 board. 

OUTDOORS: Patio seating, wrap-around deck, large gas grill, three bicycles, basketball goal/basketballs, outdoor championship ping pong table, enormous outdoor fire pit with hand-hewn cedar benches for the entire family, large daybed swing. Enjoy the large deck, table seating, lounge chairs, hammock, and abundant outdoor space with breathtaking views, take a walk or ride along the property trails, or relax or eat a meal in the large gazebo with seating for 10, or make s'mores at the fire pit with ample, handmade cedar seating for everyone. Embrace total serenity on 27 acres!

AMENITIES:  Board games and card games. Smart TVs in living space, master bedroom, and downstairs bunk room, streaming apps along with Wi-Fi capability throughout all rooms. A perfect cabin to relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace while you make memories spending time with loved ones, or just enjoying some R&R. Washer/dryer available for your use in downstairs laundry room.

GUEST ACCESS:  When reserved, the entire cabin, 2 car garage and more parking room will be dedicated to you and your guests. Outdoor trails, gazebo and fire pit may be shared spaces, but this is rare (we would let you know at booking), and only if an event is occurring at the nearby lodge during your separate cabin stay.
